Dying to Meet You: Preventing Euthanasia, Encouraging Hope
More than 50,000 Canadians have died by euthanasia since it was legalized in 2016. The euthanasia rate is three times the suicide rate. Why is euthanasia becoming such a temptation in our time? What is motivating people's involvement or acquiescence? This presentation will better equip you to address those actually tempted by euthanasia, whether practically or theoretically. Together we will explore how we can put forward a more attractive alternative vision as we engage the big questions of suffering, death, meaning, and hope.
